We were searching for the "perfect canyon property" for several years before meeting John. John was always professional and enormously patient with us. He made sure that we received a notice of every potential site in our price range and location as it became available. He was also very mindful of our time. He understood our requirements and made an effort to check many sites in advance to make sure they were worth a visit from us. He supported us through several offers and trying negotiations. We did find our perfect spot, and we are tremendously appreciative of all of John's TLC!

It was obvious he wanted the home to be a perfect fit. Buying a home for the first time can be an incredibly daunting task, but John did a great job explaining everything to me in terms I could easily understand. He took the fear out of the process. My fiancee and I ended up buying a home that hit virtually every checkmark I gave John and for that I am incredibly grateful. We purchased our first home through John and if we move again, I will absolutely use him again.
